The 2755 Sheath Grounding Unit (SGU) is a four line device designed to access four cable armors, while the 2755 Wire Grounding Unit (WGU) is a four line device designed to access four cable locate wire leads.
For adequate protection, it is recommended to install this device at every splice location or at a minimum at every third splice location.
